As the name suggests, Pet Paradise is a little piece of heaven for the pets and pet owners in the Burlington area. With animals that range from the ordinary to the exotic, it is no wonder that Pet Paradise is a favourite destination for those who love animals and like to have fun while they browse.

The kids can cuddle the bunnies, talk to the parrots, or play with the puppies that are in easily accessed pens on the floor, rather than in cages behind glass. There is also the baby bird nursery where people can watch the baby birds get hand fed. The hand feeding also makes the grown up birds more approachable and anyone can let a bird perch on their finger.

There is also an extensive fish collection - guppies to Lionfish, and walking the aisles is like a mini-adventure; the colours, shapes and sizes of the fish coupled with the soothing sound of aquariums is practically hypnotic. Along with the fish, Pet Paradise also carries an assortment of lizards, frogs and snakes for those who prefer a more exotic pet.
